Optiβ2® is a medium that was specifically designed for the glucose starvation of EndoC-βH1® and EndoC-βH3® cell cultures prior to glucose stimulated insulin secretion experiments. Optiβ2® requires no additional supplements and is chemically defined and validated through rigorous internal quality controls.
