Ulti-ST® medium was specifically designed for the glucose starvation of EndoC-βH5®, EndoC-βH3® and EndoC-βH1® cells and the maintenance of their high functional activity prior to glucose-stimulated insulin secretion (GSIS) assays. Ulti-ST® requires no additional supplements and is chemically defined and validated through rigorous internal quality control.
